The Restore Infrared Sauna is located within our Lennox Head and Alstonville clinics and is the perfect adjunct to your health journey. Towels to sit on and we request you bring a towel of your own (although we recommend wearing the bare minimum/swimmers to allow maximum infrared to skin exposure)

You can enjoy the sauna all to yourself or book for you and a friend or family member (covid regulations pending). Our 2 and 3 person saunas makes them the perfect size to lounge about alone (bliss!) or comfortable enough to share with another person.
