Massage style: Medium remedial pressure with a focus on individual joint dysfunction and a thorough clinical treatment style.
After many years of living and working in Timor Leste and Indonesia, Danielle returned to the Northern Rivers and began her journey as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Danielle has completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage and has a special interest in the management of chronic pain and postural assessment, working to pinpoint the cause of pain by using a variety of remedial assessments and techniques. Her treatment practices include remedial, sports, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, myofascial release, pregnancy, relaxation, and dry needling.
If relaxation is your treatment goal or if you suffer from depression or anxiety, Danielle’s soothing hands are firm but gentle. Her relaxation massage can help calm the central nervous system, giving your busy, active mind a chance to take a rest while your sensing, creative mind comes to the fore. As deep relaxation takes place, your mood will be lifted, your body refreshed.
Danielle enjoys reading, research and travel. She loves to mix with and learn from people from other language and cultural groups and welcomes any opportunity to use her other languages in work and play.
