Massage Style: A combination of gentle relaxation to firm remedial style, combining her pilates training into her take home advice.
Kristy grew up on a large property in Western Queensland and moved to the area a few years ago with her family. After looking into a few different career paths, she found a passion in helping people relax and rejuvenate their body through massage. She likes to find out what the core problem is and treat the whole body, not just the symptoms. She enjoys helping everyone, from the young to the elderly.
Kristy loves treating sports injuries and spent a few months working with the national Fijian Drua Ruby Team in 2021. She uses a combination of soft tissue, stretching, tigger point, dry needling and cupping therapies alongside assessment to aid in the healing and maintenance of your body.
Kristy loves keeping active and spends a lot of her free time running, bike riding and playing with her dog, Trixie. During her school years she competed at State and National level for Touch Football, Cross-Country and Track & Field. She also enjoys spending time with her family and swimming at the beach.
