Sandra Mortimer grew up in the local area and after travelling to Sydney and the Gold Coast to live and work she moved back to the Northern Rivers with her husband to raise her family.
Sandra has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is passionate about the many health benefits that massage can provide. She is able to perform many styles of massage including Remedial, Pregnancy, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone and Relaxation massage or a combination of styles dependant on what the body needs.
Sandra has also completed her Diploma in Myotherapy and works across two clinics as a myotherapist.
When she's not treating, she's enjoying time with her family and three active children.
